Ammonium sulphate compound fertilizer granulator is designed for efficient compound fertilizer production through dry granulation technology.

The granulator consists of base support, granulating rollers, crushing chamber, and motor transmission components. Operating under dual shafts, materials enter the hopper and are compressed into spherical particles by roller pressure. Particles flow through the crushing chamber and are separated by sieve mesh, with undersized powder returning to the hopper for re-granulation.

This dry granulation process is specifically designed for materials with moisture content below 20%. Final particle shape and size are customizable, including oval, bar, charcoal, tablet, and cylinder configurations.
